Registration Desk (Lock Desk) Clerk Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Responsible for the registration desk and the acceptance, verification, confirmation and communication with the sales staff on all new incoming rate locks, revisions to rate locks, and any other secondary marketing related changes to rate locks that occur prior to the loan closing. • Responsible for scenarios pricing on service released loans by working with loan officers as well as outside investors to find and price out the best option for loans that we sell service released. Maintains and verifies all investor guidelines to provide quick and immediate information to the loan officers. • Maintains marketing and advertising on the FFL website with current loan rates. Responsible for maintaining third party software that loan officers use. Works directly with Marketing on advertising campaigns by verifying that the correct rate, product APR’s and disclosures are used. • Act as the backup to Secondary Market Specialist by assisting all other positions in the Secondary Marketing department. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree plus 3 years experience in residential lending OR High School Diploma and 5 years of residential lending operational experience. • Familiarity with basic mortgage loan documents and mortgage loan programs. • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office skills using Excel and Word. • Well-developed analytical and problem solving skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. • Prior experience with marketing / advertising a plus. • Available to work 8:30 – 5:15 PM, Monday - Friday and to work overtime as needed, including some weekend or evening hours. newton.newtonsoftware/career/JobIntroduction.action?id=8acda1103febe412013ff87114a91a3e&source=Indeed
