Registration is this week, and in order to better assist parents during the registration process, Florence One has developed a new temporary residency form that must be completed if parents have none of the required proof of residency documents such as a current light, water, gas or cable bill. The temporary residency form will be used for persons who are not the primary resident (if you are living with someone) or if you have temporary housing. Please visit the website at fsd1.org in order to download the Temporary Residency Form if needed. Persons who do not have access to the Internet should visit the Office of Attendance and Zoning or the local school to pick up a copy of the form for completion prior to registration. For more information, call 673-1164.
