Reich may have a good point but far too many people pick and choose what he says, or bend what he says, to make it sound like he is a champion for the poor and elderly. He is not. The Democrats arent. They have a vision of America that they are trying to achieve and will pursue any means to get there, to include promising things they cant realistically deliver to the public and lying about their opponents. The best example in recent years as been the Death Panels Sarah Palin was ridiculed for when Obamacare was first passed. Here you have Reich admitting it is going to happen and the name of the panel is The Independent Payment Advisory Board, which is created in the act and has the mission of deciding what to cut in terms of Medicare services when requirements exceed available funds. In other words, they make recommendations on circumstances under which the elderly will receive or be denied certain elements of health care. Technically it is not called a death panel but if you are being denied the treatment to keep you alive by some faceless panel I think it should qualify for the title. Just to prove Gruber is correct there are millions of the elderly, and/or people rapidly approaching that stage in their life, who have voted for Obama and Democrats precisely because they have believed the lies that everyone is going to receive excellent health care under the ACA. https://youtube/watch?v=yabmmzH6ZS4
