Reject corporate farming! Support local humane farms for higher quality, better tasting and healthier meat and veggies. Dont let your food labels mislead you either. Food approved by the USDA, labeled natural or humane doesnt mean that it is. Conversely, when buying local foods, just because it isnt organic does not mean it is bad. Talk to the farmer, is it spray free? Are they committed to sustainability? Are their animals happy? Will they be willing to let you visit their farm?
