Relativistic Perturbation Mantle makes sprites above storms releasing liquid oxygen that is converted into air and water firsthand but before doing this it is living in its own dimensional stability discharging high energy photons or dark energy that created the universe and dimensional world. My energy discovery is what built the universe. To travel thru dimensions you need to attach to this energy and become light or a higher frequency photon. Black holes are doorways between these two dimensions allowing dark energy to migrate into each dimension stability producing cosmic rays and more.
