Release Date: October 24, 2014 24-HOUR MAJOR CRIME SUMMARY REPORT October 23, 2014 – 12:00 a.m. to October 23, 2014 – 11:59 p.m. NOTE: The following summaries are allegations of incidents that have been reported and are under investigation. Precinct: 10th Precinct Location: 2200 block of Richton Date/Time: 10/23/14 6:15 a.m. CIRCUMSTANCES: The 7 year old male victim was taken to the local hospital where he was pronounced dead. Circumstances of death are unknown at this time. ARRESTED: Suspect #1 – Black female, 22, for misdemeanor warrants. Suspect #2- Black male, 28, for misdemeanor warrants. Precinct: 7th Precinct Location: 1500 block of Mack Date/Time: 10/23/14 8:00 a.m. CIRCUMSTANCES: The 44 year old female victim (employee) was working at the location when an unknown armed Suspect entered, approached her, put his gun to her head and demand that she open the safe. The victim complied. Taken was an undisclosed amount of U.S. Currency. No injuries reported. WANTED: Suspect – Black Male, 30-35, 57, 180 lbs., light/medium complexion, thin mustache, wearing blue Pepsi Logo Uniform Skull hat, black/blue hooded sweatshirt, Pepsi logo uniform jacket, blue pants and black shoes, armed. Precinct: 11th Precinct Location: F/O 7100 block of Buhr Date/Time: 10/23/14 8:30 p.m. CIRCUMSTANCES: The 44 year old male victim pulled up in front of the location when an unknown armed male Suspect approached him on foot and demanded his vehicle. Taken was a 1999 Green Dodge 1500 Van license CKB0983 and cell phone. No injuries reported. WANTED: Suspect – Black male, 30-35, 60, 220 lbs., large build, wearing army jacket with hood, armed.
