It is regrettable that despite reminders the payment of Rs. 4510 is still due in your account. You will appreciate that our obligation, as an operator, is to provide you with a network to make and receive calls. You, as a subscriber, are obliged to pay for the use of the network. By this mail we call upon you to pay the above-referred amount, being Service Charges due and payable, to the Company within 7 days from the date of receipt of this mail. To avoid any legal actions in near future request you to clear the dues. Ranjani 8032001857 I was in Bangalore from 2006 to 2009, and moved to Hyderabad and were there from 2009 to 2011 and currently in USA, i received the above email in 2011, after two years of my Bangalore departure, and told that i dint pay the last month bill of 1500/- , and agreed that if i pay the 1500/- they will close all the accounts, i met one of their executive, and paid the 1500/- and took the receipt. I am now in USA, and after 3 years i receive the below email again Where there no contact numbers provided to speak, nor the email ids provided to contact, i tried even to get rid of the head ache by paying the amounts, they asked, through the options, they suggested, but they don’t work, talked to customer care this morning, and noted the interaction id as 3786992862, where he suggests that my data card details does not have in their data base. I requested one of my old friend to contact reliance outlet to pay the bill, and there also, it mentioned, the details does not exist., i am hoping some one will help me with this harassment.
