Religion at its best is here to support the code of conduct in accord with the Laws on Nature, the so called inner and outer Commandments (do not harm, etc) of how to act and interact with oneself and with others. So from that stand view Religion meant to keep our awareness alert in the face of interconnectedness of all existence. Awakening has its own dynamics, its an integral process in souls maturity to break free from the in-formation field to a qualitatively higher form of co-existence.
