Religions, like all other ideas, deserve criticism, satire and, yes, our fearless disrespect. Religion a medieval form of unreason, when combined with modern weaponry becomes a real threat to our freedoms. ~Salman Rushdie I call on ALL religious leaders: dont just officiate and preside over one more of your religious rites for the dead---talk to the living, tell your congregation the truth BUT of course NONE of your will. You will be joined by lots of equally coward political leaders in a collective act burying your heads in the sand. I posted this clip during the Sydney siege and I am afraid I will just have to keep posting similar clips as religions continue to kill. Hopefully, each time this happens at least one of my Facebook friends will see the light.
