Remarkable. Police work is a tough job and I know many in law enforcement who only want to perform honorably as a public servant to serve and protect citizens. Given that, in this era of almost daily exposés demonstrating police brutality, SILENCE by good cops is not an option. Every officer who cares that Americans can trust and believe in law enforcement to behave with integrity MUST TAKE A PUBLIC STAND AND SPEAK OUT. Moreover, you must continue to be on the front lines to bring about a national reform of law enforcement away from the perception and too-frequent reality that it is an occupying force which we should fear.
