Remember Jasper, the German Shepherd puppy found limping on Highway 75? Look at him now! After months in foster care hoping for his back left leg to heal & showing little improvement, the SPCA of Texas veterinarian made the decision to amputate. Yesterday was his big surgery, and we are happy to announce that Jasper is feeling SO much better! His incredible foster moms tell us Jasper hasnt stopped smiling & is getting around much easier. Because of your donations, we were able to give Jasper the surgery & months of care he needed. Thank you! He should be available in the coming weeks.
