Remember my FB Page Dynamic Fitness for the Aging and Ailing Athlete, info for the older athletic folk now limited by injury or aging folk wanting the most bang for the amount of time spent....Forty plus years as coach , gym owner and competitor in Olympic Lifts, Highland Games, Body Building, etc...Been there , did it. Managed twelve orthopedic surgeries and three years bed ridden to come back to a better quality of life. To be complete you need a Dynamic approach including food plan, mental, and spiritual development. On my Page I try to share what is currently working for me at 60 yrs of age. Intermittent Fasting, Once a week in the Gym and Once a week practice of Yoga.....And this routine is producing in over ten Months a weekly increase in my strength training of over 62%+, meaning of my working sets 62% of the time, on average over that time span, Im increasing my reps or moving the weights up. Last week my W/O produced a 100% day , increase in all of twenty working sets. CHECK IT OUT, Ask questions, using good raw foods and latest ideas to heal the body and work around limitations...
