Remember playing Monopoly as a kid? You know how the game starts - TopicsExpress

Remember playing Monopoly as a kid? You know how the game starts out fun with little wins and losses for everyone but everyone can play. Then it really become nasty as a person starts consolidating the wealth and then it is no longer fun any of the players except the bastard with all the properties and the hotels on it... Everyone else is just hoping to get around the board to the next paycheck (passing go) or to get a card that is winning the lottery. That is like capitalism. It starts out fun and seems about fair in the beginning until some folks get a wealth gap and then the disparity goes wild. My lesson from Monopoly - and I believe the intended on was that this capitalism falls apart and hurts everyone if you allow income disparities. A few bastards took the lesson to BE the greedy ones that unbalance the system. They HAVE unbalanced the game. It is no longer fun. From Carol Dewey "Everyone has the right to a standard of living adequate for the health and well-being of himself and of his family, including food, clothing, housing and medical care and necessary social services, and the right to security in the event of unemployment, sickness, disability, widowhood, old age or other lack of livelihood in circumstances beyond his control." ~ The Universal Declaration of Human Rights, Article 25 (1) These are your "legal" international human rights which the capitalist-dominated U.S, has violated every day of your life; and, which the socialist-dominated countries of Europe, and Japan provide for everyone of their citizens from birth. Why the difference? Capitalism is a Ponzi scheme for the financial enrichment of the capitalists; i.e., the wealthy, who lie to everyone else about their true intentions. Socialism is the opposite of capitalism in that it describes a system wherein the well-being and prosperity of everyone is considered a basic human right. Since the beginning of the industrial revolution, capitalism has made war against its mortal enemy, socialism, through the use of military domination (their neo-con agenda), economic restructuring and domination (their neoliberal agenda), and propaganda (glorifying war as a humanitarian good, glorifying trickle-down prosperity, and demonization of all human rights and, in particular, the word "socialism". Memorize this list of rights to which you are legally entitled... A standard of living adequate for the health and well-being of everyone, including: - food - clothing - housing - medical care - necessary social services o Security in the event of: - unemployment - sickness - disability - widowhood - old age - other lack of livelihood in circumstances beyond his control .... and stand up and fight for your legal rights!
