Remember the Snipe hunts? A great evening activity at camp. In the darkness of the Cloverleaf Ranch hills a little camper asks, “What is a Snipe? What does it look like?” “Oh, you’ll know when you see it,” the staff member says reassuringly. Yes it’s a bit of a wild-goose chase,” but what is your Snipe, what are you trying to attain or searching for? According to Wikipedia a real Snipe is a “family of shorebirds that are difficult to catch for experienced hunters, so much so that the word “sniper” is derived from it to refer to anyone skilled enough to shoot one. So, what is your Snipe? Don’t worry… you’ll know when you when you find it.
