Remember the letter I wrote about the Conservative committee in Niagara County? Results are coming in, affidavits are being signed, this is fraud. People without their knowledge are put on petitions, petitions are being passed without their knowledge and without a challenge they will be committeemen. Now the "Party" will control their vote on endorsements all without their knowledge and or consent. FRAUD! New York Executive Law states: “A notary public who, in the performance of the duties of such office shall practice any fraud or deceit, is guilty of a misdemeanor (Executive Law, section 135-a), and may be removed from office.” The penalties might include fines or worse.
