Remember when you love with unconditional love and get tempted to demand something back. He asked nothing back of you. Remember, when you get tempted to think you are suffering or enduring He endured it all for you. Remember when you get tempted to be angry at someone who doesnt know Him and ride and drive them and even hate them and talk about them. While you were in the same condition of unbelief He never did that to you. Remember to those who are without mercy (KJV Psalm 18) He will show no mercy. Mercy that He revealed in His life for you. I am not speaking of allowing anyone to abuse you mentally, emotionally, or even physically because that is not necessarily the love of Christ. to turn the other cheek was a season of time and process that the disciples went through to learn how to love unconditionally. But the day came when He told them to take no script meaning now memorized word. But to sell all that they have (written in Luke) and go and buy a sword. The season had passed into a season where they were going to need to defend their families from those who hate Him. Merienne Lynch
