Remember, without a physiological challenge, an increase in physical performance beyond your current level of adaptation, cannot occur. Therefore, be sure to maximize your recovery, eat clean & colorful foods, manage all stress well and keep your easy training days EASY! This will then allow you to train harder & beyond your perceived limits on those all important hard intense training days. The better you balance this, the better athlete you will become.
