Remember, you heard it hear first... The Fed will raise rates in the spring of 2015 and ..... we will see 5-6 % mortgage rates! Yikes to the hikes! If you know someone looking to buy, tell them to buy before July! Why? Because the GDP for the 3rd quarter is 5%!! and economy expanded at a 4.6% rate in the 2nd quarter, meaning the economy has now experienced the two strongest back-to-back quarters of growth since 2003. Thats an 11 year high folks!! This is the strongest sign yet that growth has decisively shifted into higher gear.
