Remembering my first real job. Worked for the Brass Rail Restaurant at the New York Ice Cream Parlor at wonderful Freedomland. This was truly a great place located in the Bronx by Baychester Avenue. A full size amusement park right here a short distance from Parkchester. It didnt make it because the NY Worlds Fair opened a short time after in Queens and park attendance dropped off tremendously.
