Project 5 is to put into perspective your project 4. Project 5 is to explain in short sentences on process step that starts with observation (i.e. from project 4 we found something that is interesting to look at it further), then you proceed to literature review (read more articles such as concerning leadership, to confirm that your project 4 has relationship with leadership or job jobs), then you proceed to the next step of research (that is theoretical model development: you develop a model - like another group of student who developed a theoretical model linking agreeableness and openness to job task and job role). Then you form hypotheses (that openness has positive correlationship with challenging job task). Then you "design" your research i.e. whether to use survey or interview. In the design, if you do survey, you may need to work on questionnaire design, translation of the questionnaire, and then test it in the class or elsewhere. Then you collect the data.
