Research Proposal & Action Plan [500 words] 5. Introduction (Chapter 1) 6. Procedures (Chapter 2) 7. Presentation of findings & Analysis (Chapter 3) 8. Conclusions & Recommendations (Chapter 4) 9. Bibliography [Compulsory] 10. Appendix [Made up of explanation of the theoretical framework, Interview with manager(s), sample questionnaire] Word count from Introduction to Conclusions & Recommendations= 2000 words [Excluding- charts, titles, sub titles, table of data, figures. Note that SWOT analysis counts even if it is in a table] It is also compulsory to start Chapter 3 with a summary of the interview with Manager(s)- But you should not put the summary of the interview there. You just put the title and you use a footnote to say that it is found on Appendix pp. xx…. Make sure that you do not use “I”, “Me” in the IA. It should be in the passive form. All your text should be justified and at least 1.5 line-spaced.
