Reminder that dancers need to be at the Apex between 2 and half 2. Go straight through the main doors and you will be told to sit down in the auditorium by the Apex staff. Hair in french plait pigtails. If you cant do them then just normal plaited pigtails will be fine. We have a technical rehearsal at 3pm so you can get used to the stage. Bring plenty to eat and drink. In most cases people just need black bottoms but you should all have been told now what you need to bring. Infants and rubix need to arrive at 6pm. Wait in the reception and I will collect them. Doors open for the audience at half 6. Bar is open from 6. Air con is on max so should be nice and cool :-) or at least a lot cooler than last years summer show :-). I am mega busy so please only contact me if it is important.
