Reminder: the Clubs AGM is to be held in the Club House, next Sunday 30th at 5pm. All members are asked to attend. See below proposals and nominations: Proposals: 1. Apart from in extraordinary circumstances when a meeting needs to be called urgently and at short notice, the Rúnaí must give at least seven days notice of all Executive Committee meetings to all Executive Committee members. Proposer: Craig Middleton 2. Failure of an Executive Committee member to attend 3 consecutive meetings without explanation will be deemed a resignation from the Executive Committee. Apologies for absence must be received by the Secretary in advance of a meeting. Proposer: Craig Middleton 3. Failure of an Executive Committee member to attend at least 70% of all meetings in a year, with that year commencing at the AGM, will be deemed a resignation. Proposer: Craig Middleton 4. All fundraising on behalf of the club and / or individual teams within the club, must be sanctioned by the officers of the club and all monies, both incoming and outgoing, must be processed through the club Treasurer.
