Made in the United States. Most gun specialists contribute the production stop due to the higher cost of manufacturing, and it was starting to compete with the Remington 700 sales. Scope is a Bushnell Banner 4-12x40 AO [Adjustable Objective lens for focus & parallax, from 50 feet to 1,000 yards]. Dusk & Dawn Brightness (DDB) multicoated lenses for clarity and brightness.
