Remy is a very quiet dog except when we are on the walkway along the water and there is a certain spot where the waves hit more ( this is the Hudson River so more like gentle wake from ferrys). He starts by whining as we approach then goes into full on barking at the water when we get there. What are some tips for getting him to not want to bark at the water. If I had to guess he is barking bc he is scared of the waves.
