Rent to Own helped me to get into my own home rather than having to rent to pay off someone elses mortgage. Simple process with the paperwork and all I needed was a $10,000 deposit to secure the property. As soon as I could, I was looking to have the Mortgage refinanced but this took time. Eventually, the Bank of Queensland took me on and Rent to Own provided further assistance with a 2nd Mortgage to cover the shortfall. Overall, Im very happy with the way things have transformed from 4 years ago.
