Rep. Massie talked about feeling anger, frustration, embarrassment - TopicsExpress

Rep. Massie talked about feeling anger, frustration, embarrassment when he read the 28 redacted pages of the Joint Congressional Inquiry into 9/11. I feel anger, frustration, and ashamed (better word than embarrassment) over the fact that the Bush Administration did everything within its power to make sure a real investigation into 9/11 never happened. I feel anger, frustration, and ashamed over the fact that no one was held accountable, and instead, those who should have been, were rewarded and promoted. I feel anger, frustration, and ashamed that our media has consistently ignored the 9/11 Family Members who have called into question what we were told about that day, and also called for new investigations. I feel anger, frustration, and ashamed over the fact that the corporate media in this country has done everything within its power to paint anyone who questions what we were told about that day as the equivalent of a baby killer, or dog torturer. I feel anger, frustration, and ashamed over how the day of 9/11 has been used to inflict pain, suffering, and death on people that had absolutely nothing to do with the attacks. I feel anger, frustration, and ashamed over how 9/11 has been used within this country to take away our civil liberties, and to create a militarized police force. I feel anger, frustration, and ashamed at how the people have allowed all of this to happen.
