Repeat post, but its been awhile and the newer folks need to see this. PLEASE do NOT accept on site claim offers from IAL. They are low ball offers that they know wont fully cover the repairs. Even AAL did this. On site reimbursements are just a huge rip off. That brings me to the next con, and thats a lot of people have been posting that IAL is not fulfilling their obligations to pay fully for repairs. They HAVE to. If you take your vehicle to a mechanic and get an estimate - do NOT let IAL reimburse less. Now people are saying JAG wont fight for them. Fine. Contact SDDC, TRANSCOM, and your base IGs. Also contact your federal representatives in Congress. In fact, send all those agencies your estimates AND IALs response. To all our reporters - PLEASE run this story of IALs latest tactic. Bottom line - do NOT be pushed around. They broke it - THEY fix it!!!!
