Replaced this in a customers F150 the other day, CCA 4ga, but Im guessing the real problem was the stripped wire missed the set screw or shrank back from the set screw. Couldnt help notice how different the two ends look, probably because there was so little current actually passing through. Also, on the bottom, the acrylic melted to the point that the metal was super close to touching ground. Fire averted, barely.
