The study takes 1 hour to complete, and it will be held at the Monell Chemical Senses Center (36th and Market). When you come in, you will first be asked to swallow 20 large gelatin capsules/pills with water. These capsules contain a commonly used food or beverage ingredient such as sugar, high-intensity sweetener, dietary fiber, or corn oil. You will then taste samples of different teas and make ratings about them. After you complete the study, you will be paid $30 for your time and transportation.
