Report from Doggone Safe Liberia Coordinator Morris Darbo: Thank you very much for all you are doing for us. Your assistance continue to yield tremendous impact in our project locations. We have been able to reach 30 remote villages with the Ebola education and materials distribution. These are communities that are still safe. We hope to continue working with these communities for the next three months. Visiting them weekly, organizing town hall meetings, providing more education, selecting focus person in each communities to call the health team or LAWCS in case of any health case, monitoring the washing hand facilities, providing soap and chloral for continue washing hands. If we can get more funds, we will expand but for now we want to focus on these communities. To focus on these 30 communities, we still need assistance to purchase soap and chloral, continue to rent the second bike, fuel the two bikes and provide little meal for the volunteers while in the field. This will be done alongside with our normal dog bite prevention education with the children in the villages. We also want to organize drawing competition among the children in each village to keep them educationally busy while schools are still closed.
