Report on Flooding Incident at Caramoan, CamSur On or about 9:00pm of October 07, 2014 heavy rains transpired at municipality of Caramoan up to October 08, 2014, that cause the whole municipality in flood situation.PSI LOUIE MANUEL DIMAANO DELA PEÑA, OIC, and all available PNP personnel of Caramoan Police Station conducted monitoring to all affected nearby barangays to check some affected residents. Fortunately no casualty has been reported/monitored and no damaged infrastructures. The cause of flood is not just of heavy rains but the overflowing water of Hanopol Dam. On or about 11:00am of same date landslide occurred along the highway portion of Barangay Tabgon, Caramoan this province and is not passable to all land transportation from Centro Poblacion going to Naga City, vice versa.
