Reports are flooding in about Judge Mark Fullers alleged - TopicsExpress

Reports are flooding in about Judge Mark Fullers alleged infidelity. The attention is now shifting to whether his infidelity has been underwritten, in part, by taxpayers, especially when Judge Fuller traveled on judicial business. Reportedly, Judge Fuller, who is married, likes the company of female companions who happen to work within the court system when he travels around the country. According to the Atlanta police report, his current wife Kelli confronted Fuller about an alleged affair with his law clerk. When she did, all hell broke out. Kelli was left with injuries to her face, mouth, and legs. According to Kellis son Hunter, this was not the first time an incident like this has occurred. Fullers first wife Lisa divorced him amid similar allegations of physical abuse and infidelity. This guy obviously has a anger management and infidelity problem. He was able to cover up these problems in 2012. Will he be able to do it again in 2014? Will the FBI and U.S. Attorney in Montgomery investigate allegations that taxpayer money has been used to support Judge Fullers alleged extra-marital trysts? Is the law clerk referenced by Kelli really his lover? Is she paid a federal salary and taken on trips to research cases or to service Fullers personal needs? Is Judge Fuller untouchable or too big for the U.S. Attorney to investigation and prosecute on the glaring lifestyle question? Will Judge Fuller use his juice within the federal court system and the U.S. Attorneys office to evade prosecution and escape justice once again? It is easy for the FBI and U. S. Attorney in Montgomery to take on regular street criminals or to endlessly investigate local officials at Alabama State University. Lets see what they do on a case that takes courage to investigate and prosecute. If they try to duck this responsibility by taking the position that nobody is complaining about this case of alleged taxpayer sponsored infidelity, I am putting them on notice now, via this Facebook post, that I am officially complaining about it and want this allegation properly investigated. Please devote the same amount of resources and energy to this investigation that you showered on the ASU investigation. Follow the money and evidence.
