Representatives from a company called Titanium Power are going through some neighborhoods, offering free toilet replacement and promising that the residents will receive a rebate. They claim that Titanium Power is a partner with PWP and include the City of Pasadena logo on their flyers. But then they turn around and apply for rebates for themselves from Metropolitan Water District. PWP is not affiliated in any way with Titanium Power, so tell them to keep walking.
