Reprograming/clearing of mind ====================== “MAN‘S mind may be likened to a garden, which may be intelligently cultivated or allowed to run wild; but whether cultivated or neglected, it must, and will, bring forth. If no useful seeds are put into it, then an abundance of useless weed-seeds will fall therein, and will continue to produce their kind.” – James Allen Man’s mind may be likened to a garden in other words a fertile soil that doesn’t not reject any seed; be it a good seed or a bad seed. Good seeds are those positive thoughts and bad seeds are those negative thoughts. A lot of “weeds” can get into the way of our expression of who we really are. They include things we learned as kid. Things our parent, teacher, preacher, friend thought us; big seated idea which are not true expression of who we really are, rather a rule we believed we have to obey. One child is told that he is smart, wonderfully made while another is told he is no good enough. You heard those words and your mind start growing with them. Your opinion of yourself was most powerfully shaped by those lies, as a child your were looking through the eyes of a parent or teacher. As little kids we were thought to live from the outside–in. We were thought the word “impossibility”. We were thought that achieving success means a hard work, long hours of struggles and sacrifices. We were thought that the more we do struggle the more we become successful. We get a report card and if the number is not too good in school we think we are not too good as student. That’s what our ego had us believe but that’s not true. Our universe operates in a different way. We have to get rid of those thoughts. Reprograming our mind means getting rid of those lie buried deep down in our subconscious mind. It is the process of coming into alignment with who we really are, reconnecting with our higher self. In divine order and purpose, life unfolds with effortless ease. Think about this for a moment, our lungs breaths and our heart beat without any effort, the birds don’t struggle to fly; they just fly so too our dreams materialize when we connect with the true self. As we get into clearing we start to feel better physically, spiritually and mentally, uniting with our true self, the divine. This alignment to the universe, the divine, God, can carry us wonderfully in our experience. The more we get into alignment with our true self, the moment we come to understand who we really are, the more we get to tune into our natural ability to allow things to be easy. Your perceptions have placed limitation upon your life and for that reason, you live from the perception of your experience, not the experience itself. Living from the true self is living in peace. Clearing your mind transforms the perception and blockage, those weeds planted deep down in your mind, making your energy very lighter and thereby easier to live from the spirit. The more you align with the spirit, the true you, the divine, the more you will be in harmony with everything around you, the universe. Do not store in your brain useless information. Learn to unmind the mind. Unlearn whatever has been of no use to you. Then only can you fill your mind with divine thoughts. You will gain new mental strength as the dissipated mental rays are collected now. Question: How do I clear my mind? It wasn’t that long ago that scientist thought our brains were pretty much fixed and there wasn’t a whole lot we could do to reshape it. Now, however, we know that we can systematically re-wire it, in other word reprogram our brains by thinking different thoughts and performing different behaviours. It is called “Neuroplasticity”; It is the huge idea that our brains can change and that we can “re–wire” them in powerful ways. How are YOU reshaping your brain? Andrew Newberg and Mark Robert Waldman from “How God Changes Your Brain” — “How long will it take to make an improvement? Technically speaking, overnight, but if you want to see measurable improvements, you have to practice daily. As one recent study demonstrated, just fourteen days of daily mental and physical exercise, stress reduction, and a healthy diet, was enough to improve cognition and brain function for people between the ages of thirty-five and sixty-nine. Other meditation studies infer that the greatest improvements are achieved when you practice thirty minutes to an hour each day. Simply put, the longer you practice, the greater your reward.” I highly recommend meditation if you really want to transform your life. Exercise your mind. “As the physically weak man can make himself strong by careful and patient training, so the man of weak thoughts can make them strong by exercising himself in right thinking.” —James Allen from As a Man Thinketh The good news is you don’t need to trek to the Himalayas and check out in a cave where you try to levitate while meditating 20 hours a day. Researchers have proven that in as little as 12-15 minutes a day we can create profound positive effects in our lives.
