We are pleased to inform you that the BUKIDNON IP YOUTH ORGANIZATION (BIPYO) had been organized in Valencia City, whose objective is total awareness of indigenous youth towards preservation and promotion of cultural heritage of our indigenous peoples (IPS). In fact, under the BIPYO, we endeavor to create the "Bukidnon Kalanganan Cultural Heritage Guild," and successfully performed in a week-long Tribal Congress sponsored by the Tribal Government of the Philippines, host of the "International Tribal Congress with Emphasis on Customary Laws and Traditions", held at Toril, Davao City last May 21-26, 2013. Secondly, we are recipient of the two (2) financial assistance grant from the National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA) on our Project (1) Valencia SLT on Manobo Musical Instrument Making and Playing and (2) Performing Arts on Dance and Singing. We are scheduled to hold our Closing Exercises and Oath-taking Ceremonies on June 15, 2013, to be held at St. Agustin Parish Hall, Valencia City. Unfortunately, our financial grant was exhausted , hence, we are financially constraint, but we need to hold our culmination based on the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the NCCA. In this connection, we venture to write you for financial support in holding our Closing Exercises, in which our guest is no less than the Executive Director of the National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA) Manila Office. Your financial support/donations to this end will not be in vain but it would bring goodwill and worth remembering as your legacy to this coming generation.
