(would net approximately 25 billion dollars) An across the board 10% decrease in funding for all Federal Agencies. The only exception being national defense. A 10% tax on all items shipped into the U.S. for resale by American companies manufacturing those items abroad All proceeds must be earmarked for highway trust fund only and not placed in the general fund. LOWER TAXES Income tax reduced by 10% for those earning between 50 and 100 thousand dollars a year. Its time to stop saying your for going to help the middle class and actually start doing it. GOVERNMENT Eliminate the Dept. of Energy. They were put in place to reduce our dependence on foreign oil and have not met that goal a single year since they were established. The IRS seemed to have a lot of time on their hands to attend lavish seminars and engage in politics for the past several years. Reduce their staff by 20% and put them back to the work they were authorized to do EDUCATION Increase funding and staff for Vocational Training in the public high schools. Encourage business owners to volunteer their services in training future employees. Give people a chance to learn a trade and own their own businesses
