Dear FIFA Can you please help my country South Africa to organise a World Cup similar to Paralympics, for minnows like Bafana Bafana, Tahiti, Central African Republic, Lesotho, Botswana, Faroe Islands and Cape Verde. This qualifying business for the FIFA World Cup or the CAF African Cup of Nations is so difficult for us now, you can put us in a group of death; with Eritrea, Swaziland and Seychelles, with the hope one of them gets docked points.
