Request to people Coming to IISER Pune at least : First of all Congratulations!! :) Now the request : We know you are very anxious and leaving home for the first time but please dont post questions regarding gadgets, internet, cloths to bring etc. Just pack what you feel to and come. Pune is a big city and IISER Pune is almost in the city. There is a Pune Central mall within 15 min from IISER Pune where you can get anything from soap to laptop to tv set :P . So keep some surprises in life ;) When we came, there was no group and all and we have survived pretty well I guess....Also, complete 3 days are allotted for orientation where you will know every damn thing about campus. Regarding questions like fee and all you can directly call IISER Pune office and I am sure they will answer your every query. :) To my dear juniors: I know you guys are excited that you are seniors now, but chill, keep something to answer when people actually arrive here, its just a week from now I guess.... :P
