Required HR Manager Company : One of the Leading IT Company based in Ahmadabad Experience: Min 3 yrs Salary up to 6 lac P.A Job Description of HR Manager 1. Salary & Wage Administration i. Monitoring salary and wages for the entire west zone including Karnataka region within the given time period. ii. Monitoring LTA, Medical Reimbursements, Incentives, etc. as per the time frame decided by the Management. iii. Overall responsible for payroll administration and to make all necessary co-ordination to make a smooth and efficient operation (including variable compensation, overtime, incentives, special payments). iv. Gathering all necessary data to benchmark salaries and benefits. v. Compiling all data needed for the annual salary review, and the annual performance appraisal analysis. 2. Statutory Compliances i. Preparing monthly challans towards PF, EPS, ESIC and Profession Tax. ii. Compliance with various statutory bodies like PF, ESIC, Profession Tax, Labour Office, Factory Office, Labour Welfare Board, etc. iii. Sending yearly, half-yearly returns to the PF Office, ESIC, Labour and Factory Office. iv. Attending various inspections under PF, Gratuity, ESIC, Factory and Labour Office. v. Attending various matters in Labour Office, PF Office, Police Stations on behalf of the Management. vi. Liaisoning with Municipal Corporation – for various statutory licenses. 3. Supervising General Administration and Housekeeping i. Liaisoning with BEST, MTNL for maintenance purpose. ii. Monitoring security services for showrooms of the entire west zone. iii. Keeping track of AMC’s for electrical, air-conditioners, pest control, fire-extinguishers for the entire west zone. iv. Maintenance of equipments like water-cooler, aquaguard, photocopying machine, air-conditioners, etc. v. Monitoring housekeeping and maintenance of office, showrooms, godowns. 4. Co-ordinating with Staff Welfare Activities i. Monitoring medi-claim policy benefits on an all-India basis. ii. Monitoring PF, PF Trust work which includes PF non-refundable loans and settlements. iii. Long-service awards for all eligible staff on an all-India basis which includes wrist watches, NSC and silver coins. iv. Arranging with colleagues the birthday gifts to be given to the eligible staff for the west zone. v. Handling personal queries of staff and the workshop level and assisting them with the appropriate solution for PF loan, bank loan, medi-claim, etc. vi. Arranging to issue wedding cheques to staff members who are getting married and arrange to handover the same to the concerned staff member alongwith the greeting card duly signed by the Directors. 5. Overall responsible for Compensation and Benefits i. Doing settlements towards PF, Gratuity, Superannuation, PL Encashment of ex-staff. ii. Sending relieving / experience letters to ex-staff. iii. Sending PF / EPS withdrawal forms to ex-staff to enable them to either transfer the funds to the new Company or withdraw the amount. iv. Calculation for Superannuation Scheme of eligible staff who have completed 10 years by giving the required information to LIC. 6. General Responsibility i. Taking declaration forms from newly recruited staff towards PF, ESIC, etc. ii. With the help of colleagues, maintaining personal files attached to the entire west zone. iii.
