No of nurses – 25 per month 3. Contract – One year duration with possibility of renewal for another 2 years 4. Location of internship – Hospitals in major cities in East Malaysia, Sabah & Sarawak 5. Visa type – Internship visa; free renewals 6. Internship structure – First month training followed by 11 months internship 7. Nationality – Any nationality can apply 8. Education qualification – Minimum Diploma in Nursing 9. Professional qualification – Must be a Registered Nurse in home country 10. Age – Less than 30 years old 11. Gender – Male and female 12. Nurse working experience – Minimum 2 years in a reputable hospital 13. English language proficiency – Must be able to communicate in English 14. Salary – a. Diploma in Nursing– RM 1600 and above b. Degree in Nursing – RM 2500 and above 15. Working hours – 48 hours per week 16. Rest day – One day per week 17. Overtime – Yes, minimal 18. Night shift work – Minimal unless required; no night shift allowance 19. Accommodation – Provided by hospital 20. Meals – Not provided 21. Air ticket – One way return air ticket on completion of one year 22. Transportation – Provided 23. Annual leave – 8 days per year 24. Medical leave & benefits – As per hospital policies 25. Working insurance – Provided by hospital 26. Tax – No tax on income earned 27. Selection interview by hospital – By Skype 28. Visa processing time – One month 29. Visa fee – Borne by College 30. Medical Check-up – Applicant will need to do their medical check-up in Malaysia upon landing. It is advisable for the applicant to make sure he/she does not have any major illness or disease when making the application. All fees will not be refunded if he/she cannot pass the medical check-up in Malaysia. 31. Documents required – CV with full body photo, passport copy, education certificate, RN certificate, working testimonials from hospitals and 4 white/blue background passport size photos. 32. Process – a. Applicant submits application documents to College and pay USD100 deposit b. Applicant attends Skype interview by College c. If accepted, College applies internship visa; if rejected USD100 is refunded d. If approved, applicant collects landing visa from Malaysia Embassy in home country and pays agency fee e.
