Position:- Advisor Exp:- 0 to 5 years Ctc:- upto 19k / month Locations:- Delhi, pune, Bilaspur, Ahmedabad- law garden, Jalandhar, Bareilly, Bilaspur Job Profile:- Supermom/Advisor a) Part of the Store Management - handling the SOFT FACTORS of retail: • Handle - Parenting Forums, Kids Activities, customer engagement activities etc • Health and Hygiene areas – Eg- Feeding Room, wash area etc • Grooming standards of the store staff • Face of Mom & Me in the ecosystem of the customer – b) Responsible for: Visiting hospitals for tie ups, Building network with doctors, other experts, Schools, playschools, crèches etc. c) To drive ‘OYC’ program, ensure to enroll maximum number of customers. d) Guide/ Coach and Mentor- Super Trainer to the team e) Category SPOC for Wellness & Womemswear category (including lingerie) - Responsible for driving sales for these categories with the support of CREs under her. f) Direct reporting to Store Manager g) Age- 35 yrs to 45 yrs h) Should be familiar with local language i) Part time option and flexi timings available Interested candidates please mail your updated profile at [email protected]
