Rescue ASAP on todays kill list. I have been hurt many times, but I am still loving all humans. Do not let them kill me, please send donations so a vet can heal my wounds. When I get done with the vet, I will need a foster to help me heal. This DOG - ID#A148684 Status: STRAY WAIT INJURED MULTIPLE INJURIES - SEE BELOW Due Out Date: 11/07/2013 I am a male, brown and white American Pit Bull Terrier mix. The shelter staff think I am about 2 years old. I have been at the shelter since Nov 02, 2013. FROM THE SHELTER: He needs medical care and lots of love. The dog is a dilute brindle pitbull mix, male intact, about 2 years old. He is the sweetest boy! Unfortunately he has fallen on hard times. He is one hot mess! He has a fresh cut on his nose and the injuries get worse from there. He has what appears to be an old scar on his right shoulder that looks like he was grabbed from behind by another animal. What appears to be claw marks are healed by the scars are still raised. He has a gash on his back left leg that appears to be healing. With that said he does not put and weight on the leg. It dangles and appears to have been broken ion the past or possibly dislocated. He will allow us to move and manipulate the leg with no distress. There is what would almost appear to be buckshot on the inside of his right leg. There are small round wounds that be healing. It does not feel like there is anything lodged in the wounds at this time. We do not know what would have caused these wounds. They appear to be in different stages of the healing process. He does not appear to be in any pain. He was giving kisses and trying to climb in our laps the whole time we were examining him. He just needs someone who is able to get him to a vet and give the TLC he most definitely deserves. ___________________________ If you have a question please feel free to email BUT HELP US PROCESS MORE EFFICIENTLY BY FOLLOWING THESE STEPS!!
