Rescue world we need your help. Tita aka Smudge ( named by Grace)was rescued today by Grace Lofton Kaye and Sindi Parker. I am going to attach pictures and they are graphic She was surrendered by her owners in this condition. She has Demodex and decided to try a home remedy which burned her and then they dump her. She is in bad shape. It is time that these piece of garbage owners are held responsible for animal neglect/cruelty etc. I am also going to add in the thread the names , emails and addresses of the Mayor and Commissioners of Miami Dade County. No matter where you live in the country please email them and include the pictures of this poor baby who is in such pain she would not even walk. Lets get Justice for Smudge.
