Stolen from my happy life and ripped away from my family and friends destined for the dinner plate in Laos and Vietnam. I don’t want to remember what happened to me when those horrible men caught me. I was locked in a cage with many other dogs crying in pain. How could these people be so cruel? All I had ever known was love and affection. I couldn’t even breathe properly there were so many of us in one cage. I tried my best to be brave, I really did. I am very grateful to the kind people who stopped our truck with all the cages filled with dogs and let us out. Thank you Soi Dog – thank you for rescuing me. I am about 3 years old. I have learnt to survive and do so every day in the compound I live in at the Buriram shelter. I am very friendly and really want to get out of here and find my forever home. A family to love, a bed of my own. Will you give me a home? Unfortunately I cannot be reunited with my family as there is no microchip database system in Thailand. With a population of over 60 million people it is very difficult. Please adopt me. I have been through a lot but I promise to be the best dog that I can be.
