Research Associate (2) & JRF (2) @ ICGEB, New Delhi Research Associate and JRF in a DBT/DST funded project in the Malaria Group, ICGEB New Delhi Applications are invited for: 1) one Research Associate (RA-III) in the project "Develop a receptor blocking malaria vaccine agaisnt P. falciparum based on a novel combination of three blood stage antigens (PfAARP+PfRH2+PfF2). Eligibility: Doctorate degree in life sciences; experience in expression and purification of recombinant proteins, fermentation and downstream processing is preferred. 2) one Research Associate (RA-II) in the project "Molecular Epidemiological Study of Plasmodium falciparum field isolates and the incidence of Malaria in endemic regions of Central India" Eligibility: Doctorate degree in Life Sciences; experience in immunology, flow cytometry, cell culture and assay development is essential. Further any experience of parasitology will be preferred. 3) one Junior Research Fellow in the project "Novel parasite proteins that play a role in erythrocyte invasion by Plasmodium falciparum. Eligibility: Masters degree in biological sciences. Experience in molecular biology, expression and purification of recombinant proteins/cell biology/biochemistry/parasitology is preferred. 4) Junior Research Fellow in the project "Evaluation of Plasmodium falciparum erythrocyte binding antigens as malaria vaccine candidates". Eligibility: Masters degree in biological sciences. Experience in molecular biology, expression and purification of recombinant proteins/cell biology/biochemistry/parasitology is preferred.
