Research has confirmed over and over again that “willpower” - TopicsExpress

Research has confirmed over and over again that “willpower” has been proven to be a very easily exhaustible resource and not quick to renew (see my blog on that). Therefore, if you spend most of your limited energy resource of willpower; fighting with your own mind; and telling yourself not to feel what you feel – not to do this or that - then you simply aren’t going to have enough real energy left to apply to approaching your life in an empowered way. That is the truth. If you think attaching “willpower” to New Year’s “resolution” will get you to your goal – you are already lying to yourself. Don’t make ‘resolutions’ – BE – resolute. I wish you all the best for a blessed and wonderful 2015
