Clarice Modeste demoted from Minister of Health to Minister of Foreign Affairs but replaced with a non-doctor and non-performer Hon. Nicolas Steele. In fact, its moving bad and putting worst. Its laughable that Chester Humphrey is now the President of the Senate and Peter David a Senator for the New National Party (NNP)...how much pieces of silver were they bought for my question.
