We always think about how we can do things better, go the extra mile and make things possible. As one of our domiciliary carers, you’ll care and support our Service Users in their own home in a variety of ways, based on their individual circumstances. You’ll provide companionship and personal care, oversee medication and be involved with meal preparation, shopping and light domestic duties. You’ll get to know the people you’re caring for and understand exactly what they want and need, helping them achieve things that they wouldn’t be able to by themselves, allowing them to live independently. About you: Considerate, kind-hearted and compassionate, your caring nature and positive approach is what will make you a great carer. If you’ve experience as a domiciliary carer then that’s great, but if you are new to the caring role you will undergo full training at one of our local branches followed by work placed shadowing with our experienced Senior Carers. It’s essential that you have a full driving licence, your own car and the right to work in the UK. You’ll also be required to complete and obtain a DBS disclosure. About us: Hales Health and Social Care has been a leading provider working to the highest standards of care for nearly 17 years. Our business is growing and we’re looking for dedicated and enthusiastic carers to join our team and help our Service Users live independent lives. We’re really very proud of our carers. They are the heart of Hales Health and Social Care and truly make a difference to people’s lives, every single day. We expect dedication, empathy and professionalism from our carers – and in return, they receive the best possible training, all the support they want and need, knowing that we all work together to change people’s lives for the better.
