Residents - we have been made aware of a few issues happening this morning. These are: Clifton Court - the lift is out of order, the engineers have been called; Thistle Copse - poor reception due to box hanging down - Aerial systems have been called; Felpham - there is a widespread problem with the drains backing up, Coastal drains have been called; Warner Road 14-20 - the communal lock has been jammed, Safety Metal Windows have been called; finally in Fordyce Court there has been a report of rats - Sankeys have been called.
